Nine and ABC's relationship leaves Seven single

Presumptions have been made that Channel Nine and the ABC are in fact exchanging news footage in a very casual manner throughout their daily duties. It is okay in fact for them to pool, such as exchanging some overnight political press and other matters, but apparently they have gone way past the boundaries of the rules that have been allocated and are sharing identical footages. Is this just in fact a true friendship in which should be respected, or are there darker intentions such as the tax payer funded ABC helping to support Channel Nine by slashing their prices. This would be permitting Channel Nine to confine off their public community to do all of the work for them just so that they can enjoy the benefits of the profits. It’s said that the ABC’s and Channel Nines relationship is something that has always been an old practice, therefore why is this suddenly bothering Channel Seven, perhaps jealousy because they aren’t a part of the convenient friendship? It all sounds a bit to personal, perhaps more like a year 10 girl fight were the disagreement needs to be dealt with a more civil and compromising manner with a little less hair pulling.
